We monitor world news to know how to intercede, show compassion to the world, relate and operate intelligently in the world while we are here, but not to live by them.
We do not live by world news, we live by the Goodnews of the Gospel with eternal relevance.
Bad news can not alter the authenticity and eternity in our Goodnews.
The life, we live is no longer ours, who live but Christ who lives in us.
"I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me_ Galatians 2:20".
The world put nails through the hands and legs of Jesus on the cross, he was not spared to live yet he resurrected. You are not an ordinary body with a soul, stay spiritually minded and renewed constantly by the truth
Jesus admonished us not to fear those that can kill the body
"Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell _.Mathew 10 :28".
Limit your fears and explode in your faith realms, the world might be changing but His Word will never change. Don't over focus on what the world is doing, we were not re-born in Christ to react, we were reborn to show forth his marvelous light: peace in the midst of the storm; joy in the place of trials; forgiveness and compassion in the face of death; and resurrection in crucifixion.
The Land just turned super green. May our eyes be opened to the right realms and directions!
